How it works
1. Request
Have item that could be distributed to homeless individuals? Submit a collection request and we'll send a volunteer rider to collect within 30 minutes
2. Pickup
Your requests are sent our volunteer rider network.
Once accepted you can see who your volunteer will be get notified when they've arrived for collection
3. Distribute
Our team work directly with local charity partners to ensure your donations are put to good use, given to those in urgent need.
Providing a lifeline when it's most needed
At night, we switch gears, directly offering support and supplies to rough sleepers. If you identify a rough sleeper, you can notify us and we'll send a bike rought to check on them.
